Heather M. Malick is an associate with the law firm of
Lefkoff, Duncan, Grimes, Miller & McSwain, P.C. Heather concentrates her
practice in trusts, estates, and tax planning.
Heather was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 2006
and in Georgia in 2007. She is a member of the U.S. District Court, District of
Colorado; the State Bar of Colorado; the State Bar of Georgia, Fiduciary Law
Section; the Colorado Bar Association, and the Atlanta Bar
Association.
Prior to joining Lefkoff, Duncan in October of 2007,
Heather was an associate with a firm in Castle Rock, Colorado. While in Colorado, Heather’s practice was focused
on estate planning, elder law, real estate transactions, contracts, and business
formations.
Heather received her undergraduate degree in English and
History (2003), magna cum laude, from Piedmont College. She received her law
degree (2006) from Mercer University.
