JOHN R. GRIMES

John R. Grimes is a principal of Lefkoff, Duncan, Grimes, Miller & McSwain, P.C.  John concentrates his practice in real estate and business transactions and litigation.

He handles negotiations of residential and commercial real estate sales and lease contracts and related real estate matters.  He does extensive litigation in the areas of real estate title, construction and development, foreclosure, eviction and creditor representation in bankruptcy matters.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, Real Estate Section and Trial Practice Section.  He served on the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission (1983-1988).

John received both his undergraduate degree (1970) and law degree (1972) from Mercer University.
